      Sub-Dreams....Who Else has done it?

Funny experience I had once. I was having a pretty good dream where I was inside of a house with a buch of people. Later on in the dream I went into a bed room, laid down on the bed, and went to sleep. Well when I went to sleep I had another dream inside my first dream. I don't remember that much detail of the Sub-dream sadly

      Wierd Huh?

      Hey Habiib hows it going?

Well I never heard of that before thats new to me. I bet someone in here has experienced that form of dreaming. I never went to sleep in a dream and dreamt all over again. I didn't think that was possible. But I don't totally understand it and just like any other human being if they don't understand it then its impossible. Wow thats amazing info: Wish you could remember what your Sub-Dream was I sure would like to hear about it.

I have done that also a couple of times, but it has been so long ago that I don't rember what it was about.
Seems like Carlos Castenada talked about this in his dreaming book....

I've done it about 2 times.
      1) I found myself in a bed, fully conscious, and I wanted to go to sleep.
A little time passed, and I experienced WILD and it caused my first full scale Lucid Dream. I remember the sensations were pretty close to real WILD, adn I was scared by it. (In the beginning of a dream, I failed to realize that It's my previous home and different time)

      2) I found myself in jail in a dream, and decided to go to sleep, then I saw another dream.

I got really deep once in my dreams It happened when I was like 5 or 6 years old

I dreamt that I woke up in bed, went into the living room, found that my dad had installed this cool new game onto the computer, so I sit down and just as I'm about to play it I wake up in my dream. The exact same thing happens, I find the new game, I sit down, and wake up but I'm STILL dreaming! It happens again one more time, and after that I woke up in real life 8) I ended up playing on the computer after I woke up (no new game ), I remember it was cold when I woke up, compared to the comfortable feeling in my experience of going 3 dreams deep.

everytime i fall asleep in my dream im still fully aware of my first dream-body, and the sub-dream never makes any sense at all...like less than normal dreams...they always look like moving abstract art...random colors swirling around etc.
