My hand is STUCK

Last night i had my third lucid dream. It was pretty simple, i was in a car in some downtown urban area when i realized i was dreaming, i descided to try and fly, it didn't work iflew a little bit than crashed into a stair case. then i found some sort of jetpack/helicopter thing with a gun, and started fighting some other guy with the same thing at the tops of the buildings. THE the messed up thing happend. during the whole dream i wa consious of my own body, i could feel myslef laying down. Then while i was in the air i could feel my self falling off my bed, and i got sucked back into reality. I fell off my bed into this area inbetween my bed and my wall, suddenly MY HAND GOT STUCK TO THE WALL!. i tried and tried i couldn't get it off. Suddenly fear rose up inside of my self and i woke up, again. Laying perfectly straight in the middle of my bed. with my hand laying under my body, pinning it to the bed. lol fa's are weird

Try not to panic when trying dream control, it doesnt help. And that doesn't really SEEM like a problem that will happen agian... if it does maybe try something creative to get it off or something, like chop it off and grow a new one

Yeah, I've had a few FA's after LD's. The good thing for you is that you have them often, which means that you should start doing RC's everytime you wake up, especially if you've woken from a dream. This should be a good way to make your LD continue for longer, because if you can realise you're dreaming again you often have more clarity. Just make sure to do a RC everytime you wake up.
