      Violent Behavior in LD

(To start I must say I was very lucid in this dream)

Im normally I very peaceful person, though I am trained in Krav Maga as I believe everybody should be able to defend themselves or others if need be.

My LD last night was very disturbing, I became lucid while driving down a highway with my wife near my house, some guys in an escalade pulled up beside me and threw a bottle through my window, this was the instant I realized I was dreaming. They pulled over and I did the same but got out in a hurry and ran to the drivers side of the SUV..I smashed my hand into their window and ripped the driver out, tossed him into the traffic spedding by, I turned to climb into the window to get to the others and realized what a rage I was in (I physically felt like I was on fire). I woke myself up right away.

Anybody else experience something like this?

That's so badass! kinda reminds me of a Hulk scene.

Seriously, i wouldn't worry if i were you. Everyone expresses violence acts at one time or another. You decided to express you anger (?) in the dream, perhaps knowing there wouldn't be any social consequence.

Exactly right. It's perfectly natural to have violent thoughts from time to time. And what better place to have them while in a dream where you can't actually hurt anyone?

I've never been in a physical fist fight in my life, but I enjoy to whoop ass ninja-style in dreams.

I agree with the others who've posted. Such emotions are perfectly natural, and it's good that you get to experience them within the safety of a dream. Also, at least you were able to do something with those violent feelings to release them. On the occasions when I experience something similar, I almost always am unable to hit or fight effectively. It's like those nightmares where you try to run but can't. And now

Unicorn, I love your sig. All you're missing is the rug!

I think you guys are right. While I have been in sticky situations before my wife has never been a part of them. Atleast I know how I'll ever react if she's ever in danger out of my dreams, Ive honestly always wondered.
