Hi everyone lastnight i had my second LD It was only about 1minute but it was so much more intense then my "paritally lucid" dream that lasted like 20minutes. I wokeup, and was about to do a RC when i just knew that i was dreaming. I was in my room and my blanket felt like moving sand on top of me wich created the nicest tingling sensation. I rubbed hands together wich stablized for like 20seconds untill i tried to get out of bed and wokeup. I was at a very high level of lucid wich i have never been at. My sense of Feeling was at a all time high as if i was on drugs or something. |

I dont have b6 but yes, i belive the B Compex-50 Helps. It has 50mg of B6, and taking two means 100mg of b6 along with all the other vitamins that help also. Plus 100mg isnt really bad for you, even though you need only 4mg. The people taking 300mg and stuff, i find that unnessessary, and unhealthy. |

I'm really excited. Just got B6 (100mg). Really hope this works. I'll know by tomorrow I suppose. Won't be mixing it with melatonin just yet... |

Yeah, im trying to stay away from melotin, even though iv researched it and it dosnt seem bad for you at all. I might pick up some Valerian Root though, helps LD and stress relif |

Melatonin is absolutely harmless. Only reason why I'm not taking it tonight is because it will make me too sleepy. |

yeah honestily, the food has basicly what you "need" 4mg, were as the pills have what you "want" 100mg. |

One my my moms friend is really into nutrition and other various things, shes going to be going and getting me some B6 along with a few other things that are excellent for your body. |
