I don't think that the sort of tone that is being showed in these post is appropiate. I know that it is a very dubious matter, thus many do not believe it, but that doesn't mean that we must call each other liars. I think that firestorm started out with a valid arguement, trying not to be disrespectful and stating, a bit too fanatically perhaps, that within his beliefs what shadow was saying was impossible.

He might not be as open minded as one wishes, but I would have to say, Shadow, that maybe that response wasn't appropiate for someone who was not attacking you. I would think that it fits perfectly to lucky27's response, because of the attitude and respect he showed towards you and the entire board, but I don't think that firestorm was being disrespectful or that he merited that response. What you wrote might be true, but I would have to concur with wasup and say that it is best for the board if you keep those feelings to yourself.

I am sorry if I stepping over the lines with this, but I believe that it is best to not create a hostile environment here, and not give a bad impression to all the newbs. Lets try to be more respectfull to each other, and I am sure the converstions will be much more interesting and enriching

Thanks for that Truth. But seriously I didn't feel like I was being attacked, As a matter of fact I didn't think nothing of it which is the reason that I didn't feel the need to attack his comment. Man if you think I was being harsh or lashing out then either Im a little too aggressive or you're a little too sensitive. I don't think you know me like most of the others in this forum. You probably wouldn't want to see what I have to say if Im heated. But seriously man that was nothing. I can't change how my character is because people happen to be sensitive and thinks Im attacking when Im not. If that's the Case then I wouldn't Be ShadowNightwing. And the Shadow is Aggressive. The Shadow is persistant, the Shadow is not one to roll over and play dead. But thats cool about how you feel. But sorry Man I can't change how I am. And if its probably too much for you then you don't have to read what I say. It wasn't directed or intended for you anyway. But just remember this The Shadow Is everyones friend...

I know you weren't trying to offend either, or you may not have been heated in your comments, but maybe, because of the lack of tone that is present in speech, it might have seem that way. I didn't mean to tell you to act unlike yourself of anything of that sort, I'm merely saying that we have had many problems because of people's attitudes before(mostly due to religion), and I would just like for the environment here to be as friendly as possible. Sorry if I was meddling in something that wasn't my bussiness, I just thought its better if we all try to keep the environment as less hostile as possible...

I think lucid dreams and everything are fascinating, and I've have lucid dreams and stuff, but as far as they go, they're not... well, magic. When I lucid dream, it's manipulation of my own mind. Telepathy requires at least an unknown form of energy, or up to something supernatural, or magical. Me being a Christian leads me to believe that everything came from God, and any "magical power" or miracles are for a purpose, whether from God or Satan, and mostly I just don't think there's magic energy just floating around waiting for someone to harness it and use it for their own entertainment. And as far as lucid dreams go, my interest and experience thus far is purely natural, and my interest scientific and guardedly curious. But of course, if you're really doing this, all that crap I just said doesn't make a bit of difference to you. Anyway, I'm not saying I think it's impossible, I just think it's improbable. I wouldn't mind crashing someone else's dream-party at all, and after doing that I might be more open to other people's stories of telepathy and such. Until then, though, I would note that there are books and books worth of well-documented evidence for aliens, but I don't quite buy that either.

Nah My mother is sensitive to this whole issue. I perfer not to try to gain that ability.. My sister on the other hand has no choice.. Me if I all of a suddened hacked my sister's dreams because I somehow gained that ability my mother would be pissed... Don't even ask why its a long ass story, thats an old family secret..
