Hey folks, hows it going, good with me..I was just reading a few posts about Popcorn and how it may help induce LD's and everything else...

Well here is the catch......You make think Popcorn induced a LD because while you were eating your mindset was--this is gong to help me have a LD-or-I'm going to have a LD because ive eaten popcorn before bed---following me?? Here is a better explination

Explination: One night when i was in a treatment place..I had finally gotten some b6 after 4 months or so and i had recently picked up some Dreamy Music Cd's/ Relaxation CD's..Now 2 hrs before i went to bed i took 2 pills of B6...My mindset was like "I'M sooo gonna have a LD because I have these new cd's and B6"

Well of course i had a LD...but was it really because of the B6 or the CDs? I hardly doubt it..It's all about your state of mind when it comes to Lucid Dreaming....Take diet pills for a example..how many diet pills are they going to make for people to lose weight? They say "Hey if i take this pill I'm going to lose weight" When the key to losing weight is EXERCISE....Just like Lucid Dreaming...EXERCISE your mind, make it stronger, so you are able to tell when you are Dreaming, and some day we could all become Masters at the art...

PS: I just think its funny now days how pharmacy's have so many pills out for diets and all that..When really it just takes motivation, patience, and practice....Lucid Dreaming is the same...Lucid Dreaming is Exercising the mind....
