I haven't had success with a WILD before. Mine are when I use a WBTB and they happen by chance. As the REM states get longer as the night goes on, it would be better (in my opinion) to try a WILD in the later stages of sleep. I am not sure if B6 works for me or not. My lucids are still by chance. I take a multivitamin which has all the B vitamins and others as well. |
