Ok...this thread is asking : Can Lucid-Dreaming help you overcome your fears?

Example :

1) I used to be terrified of heights..in 99% of my Lucid Dreams I fly..it's what i'm best at..and I enjoy doing it

Now..In reality..I can go as high as I want..I can go on dropzone at Canada's wonderland and looks down at the houses 300 feet below me..I can climb trees to the very tip without the fear of falling.

Example :

2) In another dream.I was riding my skateboard ontop of a moving train (As in the movies) I jumped off the train,and landed perfectly on my skateboard,and rode away.Shortly after i bombed a Mt.Everest sized hill..and I was going fast!

Now..in reality..I allways bomb hills on my skateboard..I'll do my tricks faster then before just to get that adrenaline rush I had in the dream!..I used to be scared of going to fast on my board..now I don't care!

So..my question again is : Can Lucid-Dreaming help you overcome your fears?
