      picking things up

      A few times I have experienced picking things up a thousand times, inside my dream there is a fear of being left beind while I pick up a multitude of the same things over and over

      any idea what this is?

      You may be trying to connect yourself to the scene. By picking up things, handling them or holding onto them you are trying to take control of your environment. . . it's a way to bind your anxiety about being left behind.
