My first lucid dream!

I had my first, on-purpose lucid dream two nights ago... well, actually it was in the morning after I was awake for about an hour, ANYWAY... I woke up early, not really wanting to, but telling myself that morning naps are ideal for LDs, so I played on my computer for a bit, and then read some stuff on LDs and flying dreams, and I went back to sleep. I felt only half awake during the hour, and thought to myself that there's no way i'm going to get a LD, but I did almost right away. It was a little weird, because I felt like i was awake during my LD, but I guess it was just because things looked so real... I dont' know... I decided to fly first, and then have a little... erm.. sexual activity. But the guy wasn't saying what I wanted him to say, so i kept having to make him say things... it was almost tiring! Anyway, I had a headache when I was done, and i feel like it was from making too much stuff happen. has anyone else had this problem or was I probably just going to have a headache anyway?

Congrats!!!, as for the headaches I wouldn't know. I usually wake up with one though...
