      Silly Lucid Dream

Well after a few days of no success I managed to have a lucid dream. It wasn't easy, but I think the unusually hot weather helped me attain it as I was awoken in the middle of the night, and had to fall back to sleep.

The dream started out with me in a Pottery Barn with my family. I realized that it was stupid for EVERY SINGLE FAMILY MEMBER to be all grouped up in a furniture store, even the estranged were there. So I realized it was a dream and took control over it. I shook my head and closed my eyes trying to change my scenery. It worked, but I was so excited that I wasn't sure what to do with myself or where to go. I came very close to waking up.

I opened my eyes and my lucid dream became a lame crayon drawing. Everything I wanted to happen was happening, but it was like everything was drawn and animated by little kids. Dialogue was even written on paper! Then I 'woke up'. I lost control of my dream after that, thinking that I was awake and on the internet (oh man that's sad) and people were flaming me(REALLY SAD).

That's still very cool... you had fun right? Just wanted to know how many lucid dreams have you had so far?

Yeah I still had fun, it made me laugh when I woke up, it was like a lame cartoon.

Over the course of my life I've probably only had about 20 lucids. Sometimes I go a long time without dreaming much and then they pile up, but it's hard to catch myself dreaming.
