      6th/7th Lucid, teasing me.

I had woke up at like 7am to take a bath (leave me alone, it's relaxing, :-p) before work, and decided to sleep for another half hour after that. I went to bed, fully dressed, and fell to sleep. I was dreaming, and I was in some room, and for some reason I got to thinking about how it might be a dream. Eventually, I just told myself it was a dream without doing any reality checks. Just assumed. At the point, the dream was fading fast, everything was becoming blurring together, like it was pissed I had found out, lol.

I tried the spinning technique (I was going through my brain, trying to find what technique to use. It's all I came up with.) I closed my eyes, spun around fast, and the dream was gone. I woke up, and looked at my phone on some toy truck and thought "Hey...this might be a dream too." I never got around to confirming it though. I'm not sure what happened after that, I think I fell asleep again.

In any case, it was pretty satisfying to have a lucid dream that I never expected. I'm going to try to take more "mini-naps" I guess so I can get more, develop the ability a tad bit more. I sure could use it with what my job entails.

Nice one! WBTB can be very effective in inducing LDs. And if you think you might be dreaming, you don't always have to prove it (sometimes this will take too much effort and kill your dream) - just "know" you're dreaming and leave it at that. Once you become more proficient at maintaining lucidity, incorporating reality checks may help you have have more LDs. Keep up the good work!
