Well, if you knew that you were dreaming, that's considered an LD, so yes. I'm no lucid expert by any means, so I may be wrong about this assumption. |

A while ago before I even knew what an LD was, I had a dream that I was with my friend and we were standing around and I noticed that the sky was white instead of blue and everyone looked a little weird. I asked him if it was a dream and he said "Neh..." I said "Wait a second it has to be" I got excited and jumped up into the air. Sadly I woke up just at the moment. Was this my first LD? |

Even if you were aware you were dreaming for only a split second, it's still considered becoming lucid. A lot of people have trouble with maintaining lucidity, but it sounds like you had some control, which is definitely a start! |
