my ld..3 hours ago...it was really nice

before i went to bed i had written on my hand " i\'m dreaming...ld" cause i wanted to try maybe it will be helpful anyway i woke up at 7 am and i didn\'t have any ld! !!! i was really sad then I went back to bed about 9 am i was in the house i don\'t know how i knew i was dreaming" yesterday I read about stop real time in Lucid Dreams" so i looked at the clock it was 7 am i felt i was losing control i tried to say out lout "stop time now" i think it worked and the clock stopped and i could controll my dream again anyway i went to living room i found tv and remote and i started changing the channels there was a beautiful scene about mountains so i jumped in the TV but??!!! i found myself in a diferrent place !! it was a wonderful..the colour of the road was orange and there was a blue river i was running and looking around me i felt so happy it was so real then i saw a girl she said " come with me to our home" any way i went with her but the colour around the house wasn\'t very nice .. we arrived and she wanted to use a key to open the door but i tried to imagin the key and open the door and it worked!!! and there were stairs i wanted to jump high but she said \' don\'t if you jump you won\'t know how to stop!" so i didn\'t and i found a woman in the house and discovered that the girl she is my sister and we\'re doctors I don\'t know what happened the scene changed and I found myself in my home again and I wanted to try something there was a door and before I opened it I had said out loud " I want to see my past life" then I opened the door i see the street but it was very old it looks like i\'m back in the time..and i saw a man in black and white he was looking at the window !! " this is the first time i see something in balck and white in my dreams" so i jumped to reach the window cause it was far away but i couldn\'t because i fall before i reach it and i asked the man to help me but he did not !!! then i woke up and i found myself in a hospital my dad said he tried to wake me up but i didn\'t? and i selpt about 8 hours!!! and the doctor gave me a paper to do test cause he wanted to know what\'s wrong with me so I read the paper it was about ld !!!! so i said to myself it didn\'t work" stop real time" then i don\'t know what happend i woke up again and i looked at the clock it was 11 am ....

You see, knowing that you were dreaming you should have realized that nothing is out of your control. I wonder if your level of lucidity, or belief in fact of that you were in a dream, was dropping a bit? It sounds to me like that may have been the case, because you then say that "I don't konw what happend, the scene changed". I can't say much, I still have problems with control in my own lucids, but if I'm ever challenged like that in a lucid, I'm definitely going to take the challenge on (if i remember to!) I think it's great that you still managed to recover afterwards, though, and keep your lucidity.
