O.k I'm really excited because I had my 1st Lucid dream last night. I kind of lost interest in lucid dreaming for a while but then about last week A friend kept telling me his lucid dreams and that got me into it. He then sent me an mp3 file of a guy repeating stuff like "the next time I'm dreaming I will know that I am dreaming" & "Am I dreaming". It's a mantra. So I tried it with the MILD technique and It worked!!! I woke up like a 5:30 really tired and I turned on my ipod and left the mantra on repeat. Well I fell asleep and then later on I remember waking up in my bed thinking it didn't work. Then I remember hearing the guy say "Am I dreaming?" so I checked my ipod and all the letters were jumbled and I saw symbols, and I saw the same thing on my clock so I knew I was dreaming, but I got to excited and woke up. Well I didn't give up and I just fell asleep again and the same thing happened but I didn't get to excited. Well then I remember walking down the hallway of my house and going out the front door and just standing outside. Well then I jumped off my roof and tried to fly but I just hovered. Then I stole some cars, crashed one and woke up. It was the collest thing but It was short. is there any way to increase the dream lenght? and also how do you fly? I couldn't and I really wanted to. |

To increase the length of the dream you can dream spin or shout out words like "clarity now" or focus on your hands. |
