That's awesome, man. I'm just working on DILDs, still. I have a question about WILDs. When you finally enter your dream, you are in fact asleep, right? Sometimes the way that people describe it, it seems that they still notice their body lying down in real life. Is it just like a normal dream, just easier to notice?
I can only answer the third question... Well not really because you already did. When a depressant, such as alcohol, disrupts REM, you'll catch up later on. When I drink a moderate amount a little bit before I go to bed, I find that I have more vivid dreams later on at night. I don't think that this should be used as a technique, but it does happen.
Again, awesome.
