      pushing the waiters knee



      just started exercising the subtle body by imagining sitting up,

      scratching head, doing star jumps, walking on the ceiling...

      seems to be heading to obe or wild, first result was pleasant feeling of

      paralysis, muscle twitch and involuntary limb movement...

      practise feeling objects with subtle body, holding a mirror dropped

      me into a split second wild, seeing my reflection...

      grabbed a ball which pulled me into dreamland...

      still experimenting, any ideas?

      but whats the basic difference in technique between obe and wild?

      All the same for me. However:
      Basically in OBE you are supposed to be in the primary physical plane.
      True OBE is most common in NDE (aka near death experiences) - when people are just "ripped" from their bodies and hoover above and see/hear reality...

      I expect many people can have obes any time they like...

      a very useful relaxation tool...

      Ill keep on trying...
