Woohooo!!! I'm so excited!!! I took a nap this afternoon and had a awesome LD!!!

I was dreaming along and I don’t remember anything until I was suddenly standing in a housing complex. There were a bunch of normal houses and I was standing alone in the middle of the road looking up at them. One of the houses was a huge yellow cake! Then I looked up at the sky and noticed the clouds were wispy and yellow and the sky was green!!!!

I got so excited that I was lucid I decided I was gunna try to fly. I pushed off the ground a little scared at first. When I realized I was flying I went higher. I could see the city below me and the ocean out in the distance. I got a little carried away then and decided to do a back-flip. At that point I was falling and fast. I never hit the ground the dream just faded out so I decided to start all over. I willed myself back to the housing complex. Everything was the same, the huge yellow cake, the green sky and everything! I took off again and decided I would fly to Oklahoma. I thought I would take the scenic rout because I was following the coast. I soon realized that the coast was on the wrong side and I must be going north. I turned around and started to fly south when i realized Oklahoma was to damn far for me to fly there! I decided to do another back-flip and pulled it off beautifully. I felt so free.

The dream faded and I woke up... or so I thought. I got up and made a phone call, hung up before anyone answered and then went to get something out of the cupboard. I then realized I was sleeping and got back in bed and everything got fuzzy (wish I had done something more fun!!). I tried to wake up again and had another false awakening where I actually wrote in my dream journal. Then in the waking world my dog jumped on my bed and I realized I was still not awake (I actually was thinking in my dream... Damn it dog I'm in the middle of a dream!). When I actually did wake up, I looked for my dream journal on my bed but it was still lying on my bed side table! It was so real... SOOOOO FUN!!!!

Woot! my first flying dream and I felt so in control!!! LD's ROCK!!!!

I was so tired when i was went to sleep but maybe the pepsi i drank right before I took a nap helped!!! I can't wait to have another one!!!! I don't see how this could ever get boring!
