How about trying some dream incubation - which means you concentrate and visualize what you want to dream about before bed.
Lay there and maybe do some deep breathing exercises to help you relax. Then close your eyes and visualize the scene, the sounds, the people, all the details. Concentrate on how it makes you feel. Make it as real as possible, visualizing all the details.
Keep practicing this and it may lead you to actually dream about it. Actually, it's kinda like what you posted about the motorcycle - same concept. Good luck!
