Flipping In Dreams

Hey, im just curious if anyone else learned to do somethign from lucid dreaming. One dream i had i rememberd that iw as doign frontflips adn whatnot in them...when i woke up i tried them and all of a sudden i was able to land them.

I am an old man, but in my dreams, even the none lucid ones, my movements are comprised of levitating or skating or skating along mixed with acrobatic jumps. It all feels very liberating and joyful.

That is very cool. I just watched a video showing you how to do a backflip but I haven't tried it yet.

Although im yet to try it in real life ive spent alot of time flipping in lucid dreams, its almost a dream hobby . As far as learning things, ive learnt things about myself and the way i view life... and i also tribute my flying abilities to lucid dreaming.

Last time I tried to do a flip in a lucid dream, I ended up doing a face plant. It was kind of cool though, I KNEW I would faceplant, but I did it anyway knowing I wouldn't get hurt. More for the experience of doing it than anything else.
