When I first got lucid today, I had an mediocre tim controlling it, alot of images were unstable but I could stay lucid and stay floating when I was trying to fly even though i didn't try to fly, i just realized i was floating and tried to control it. But then I tried to open the door to get out of my room which was the dreamscape I was in, and then I had an FA, so when I woke up, naturally i used the digital clock RC and it worked so I tried to go out the door again, I got up and the pillow was stuck to my face! At first I found it hilarious so I tried to walk out the door again, and once again I had an FA, and I realized this so I got up witht the pillow attached to the side of my face and took it off, and it just attached to my face again as if i didn't do anything. So I just tried to walk out the door again. This failed and I had yet another FA where I just tried to take the pillow off my face while I was lying down thinking it worked, and another pillow would just keep on appearing, during this someone started opening the door and I woke up again, this time an FA in which I didn't realize i was dreaming. Throughout the morning I had about 2 other dreams where I was not lucid. Has anything similar happened to anyone? and if so how the hell can I get out of my room lol.

lol. That's a funny dream. You probably kept having FA's because you were expecting it to after the first time it happened. As in your dream your expectations pretty much always come true don't they? Next time, try to visualise yourself leaving the room with no consiquenses and it will happen.

Maybe there would be something to gleen from "staying in bed". Not saying you have to stop being lucid, but maybe you could direct your experience while your head is still on your pillow- so it doesn't have to chase you round!

From bed, it may be particularly interesting to try astral projection. A.P. is 100 times easier from a lucid dream than it is in waking life- it's the only way I have done it. If you've never heard of Astral Projection, google that shit up! (And avoid the trance, it's pretty crap).

      Peace,

      Rob.
