Wow that is very very VERY cool. I'm afraid I've never experienced one of them myself that I can remember, but congrats to you and your sister
Could be interesting if you could share another dream whilst being lucid and controlling things, if it's possible.
This sig is composed entirely of recycled electrons.

Basic lucid tasks completed: Stop traffic, Draw/paint a self portrait/landscape, Swing into a body of water, Walk through fire, Watch TV.

      Advanced: None

Unfortunately it's not that common, so people still debate whether its actually just a big coincidence or not.
These are the tears that I dream about...

Hate to say it, but it was a DC.

      Coincidence?

If it's not that it's probably that she was trying to make you feel good and played along.

Judging by how you type, you're probably 12 and you said something like "OMG BIG SIS DID U HAV A DREAM LIKE WHERE U GOT PINCHED?! DID U C ME IN IT?!" She probably went along and made some shit up about an old woman with her hair tied back.

It happens all the time to idiots.

      You sir, are an ass.

Just because you don't belive in shared dreaming, it doesn't mean other people don't. You are in no place to call anyone an idiot who does belive in such things. What was your point in post? Are you trying to start a flame war? Are you just puting someone down because you're not confident in yourself so you have to make fun of other people to make yourself feel good? Ever heard of the saying "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"? For most people it's easier to just keep their insults to themself then to type them out and post them (I belive it's called, oh yeah, mature) but for you that obviously too hard.

I've never had a shared dream, and I'm not sure if they're even possible, but that sounds like a cool experince none the less, Heeh. Happy dreaming.

Amen to that I don't know about Shared Dreaming but I am certainly open to the idea it is possible. And this not being the first person I've heard/read such an experience of may point out there's some truth in this, no matter how much bullshite is built around it. Most of these strange Phenomena Surrounded by New Age Mumbo Jumbo lies and false speculations have some core of truth anyway. I wish I could find a Co-Lucid Dreamer from round here so I could have sleep over and experiment on this Shared Dreaming, because Sharing a Lucid Dream would be the greatest experience ever.
Too bad most people look at me like I am out of my F'cking Mind when I but Mention Lucid Dreaming.
Luminous Spacious Dream Masters That Holographically Communicate
      among other teachers taught me

not to overestimate the Value of our Concrete Knowledge;"Common sense"/Rationality,
for doing so would make us Blind for the unimaginable, unparalleled Capacity of and Wisdom contained within our Felt Knowledge;Subconscious Intuition.

Well said, man. If this was in "Beyond Dreaming", he would have got a right bollocking.
