      LD's and couches

For all u peeps that move alot when u sleep and that r having trouble with dream recall , here is an idea. Grab your dream jurnal and go to the couch in the living room( or where ever your couch is) , rem to take your favorite pillow and a blanket, and spend the night on that narrow couch... make sure to put your dream jurnal on the floor in front of the couch ... now if your lucky, u just might fall off the couch and wake up in teh middle of the night a few times... just think ...you're now awake and remembering your dream...and also laying right on top of your dream jurnal so u dont have to go far .... call me retarded lol ..i just thought i would through that one out there.
Reality is only a state of mind....

it's called an alarm clock. and, some of us aren't idiots that fall off of beds/couches when we sleep ok.

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.

Not everyone can use an alarm clock, some of us don't want our heads bitten off by siblings, wifes/husbands, or parents...
      You guys suck.

try a hammock, its the most effective device I've tried. That and sleeping in tree-houses. Both work really good. Gets you airborne.
