I Attempted A Wild.

I tried a WILD yesterday and everything seemed to going well, my body went numb and I felt like I was spinning but then I felt like I couldn't breathe. This could just be one of the sensations that you feel when trying to WILD but I havn't tried WILD's that much before so I was wondering if this is normal? Thanks in advance

I don't know how useful my advice is, as i've never actually tried this method, but looking around the forum you can see that most people have these sort of experiences (it's the main reason I never attempt the WILD method - I'd probably just freak out and not be able to do it) and I think it's what is supposed to happen.

Part of the technique, actually, It's called "sleep paralisis" You can't move, you feel like you can't breathe, you might hear screams, etc etc. It's normal. When it happens, don't panic, remember, you're about to enter a dream, and whatever you're seeing is fake, and to be happy, you're on step closer to WILD.
