Well, I came across this site, and read the whole thing. I then realized I constantly have Lucid dreams, even as a kid I remember having them. I also have very good dream recall. Now, what I didn't know is that once you enter a Lucid state, you can actually control your dreams. Previously when entering a Lucid state I had just let the dream drift on after realizing I was dreaming, which happens alot.

So anyway, after reading this whole site last night, I decided I was going to try very hard to enter a Lucid state, then stay in it and control my dream.

Anyway, I kept kind of falling asleep, but then reality checking, and I kept doing it. I felt like I was in a very wierd state, half conscious kind of. Anyway, I finally fell asleep and this is what happened.

I was on a spaceship with 4 people I did not know. One of them I thought I new and was some ones x-girlfriend. Anyway, loads of things happened on the spaceship. I kept going outside, floating around, eating toothpaste that was squirting everywhere. Then the person's x-girlfriend came and lay down on me (random lol). So then I went outside the ship again, but this time to the bottom with everyone. Then I weighed myself. I weighed somehting like 892728lbs. I thought to myself, wait this isn't possible and bam I realized I was dreaming. Then I started getting a rush, like what felt like alot of adrenaline. I thought, wait let me spin around I need to calm down. But I didn't I just tried to calm and let the dream go on. I became calm and then made it so me and the girl were alone at the bottom of the ship. I said to myself, I need to document this.

Stupid me right, I let the dream then take control and didn't wake up. I was, sort of lazy and couldn't carry on the dream in a Lucid state. From then my memory is hazy, all I remember was being very excited that I was in a Lucid dream when I realized I was dreaming.

I know there was another dream, although my mind is hazy, I am sure it will come to me later.

-This was my first attempt at actually trying to go Lucid, I have done it alot in the past without knowing what a Lucid Dream is
