I suppose there is alot to explain. The past week I had a Recall Dryspell, most likely the whole excitement of going back to school. I couldn't remember anything from the fourth to the 8th, I remembered something last night. Anyways just before this dryspell I recalled this dream.

I went into the yellow room in my house and my dad was sitting in the rocking chair watching baseball. I told him that I was dreaming, and that he shouldn’t worry if anything happened. He told me that if I wanted to remember the dream I would have to wake myself up. I jumped but it wasn’t in the normal world, I jumped through something I couldn’t see and woke up. Only it was a false awakening, I woke up for real seconds later.

In this dream I was speaking as though I was Lucid yet really, in my mind I was unsure of things. Is this a case of very low level Lucidity?

Also Last night I remembered three dreams (nice start back In my opinion)

      Here's the first one...

When I was younger, I had a dream in a haunted house. In the attic of the haunted house I found a game of trouble in a bright box, which really stood out against everything else in the room, which had cobwebs and dust on it. As I was going to sleep I was pondering this dream in my mind. This dream began with me walking towards a haunted house. Upon entering a squeaky door I took an immediate right and sat on the couch in the living room. I knew the owner of the house, but I didn’t know what he looked like, or who he actually was, I just knew him. I was calling out to him to show me the attic. Then a bunch of see-thru green spirits and an email, that was physical text coming at me. The spirits informed me that every two years, the noblest female in the world shall be shown the house, and I was not the noblest female, only cause I’m male Then in my mind I thought to myself (If I go look for the trouble board game it will probably be there because I expect it to be there). I was obviuosly Lucid to have thought of that method of creating stuff, "expecting"

Is this yet another case of Lucidity without control?

I also remembered this one which ended quite oddly

[i]I was on a roll out mat that was placed between the hill and the pavement at Heritage Glen my old school. I was well aware that I was dreaming from the very start, and was amazed at how my mind could animate 200 kids I had seen at some point at Heritage glen, skipping, dancing and playing on the blacktop. I was told we would be having a golf event. The person running the event announced they were ready to begin, I currently didn't have control and wanted control for the event to see how I would do. When I tried to move my eyes down to see my hands to try putting my finger through my palm I instantly woke up[i]

Here I tried to do a reality check but woke up when I tried to control myself

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can gain control of my dreams once I am Lucid? If you were wondering my third dream ended the second I found out I was lucid (through seeing something visual not through an RC)?

      Thanks in advance

Will my lucidity break free first? Yes it will!

if lucidity is shakey say somthing like increase lucidity or increase stability out loud. or look at your hands. make sure u have what you are going to do in your dream planned out before u go to bed. and really believe u can do somthing. tell yourself u are dreaming once u become lucid.

Okay thanks for the tips, I'll try something verbal instead of attempting something physical at first Really for my first Controlled Lucid dream I'd like to explore what my mind creates for me. I'll save creating my own stuff for later

Will my lucidity break free first? Yes it will!
