      today i got up after about 6 hours of sleep,i started to WILD,unfortunetly,i out mu neck in a bad position,but it wasn't that bad,but later it was,but ok,i just lying there,usualy SP starts in about 10 min,but i waited and waited and wited,,,,about 55 min,then my hands and my feet got numb,and my legs started(from the feet)to get reallllllly nump,but then they stoped near my [...]lol,my hands to,but just to my sholiders,but everything else didn't get numb!!!!why?!?!?!?it only entered SP 2 times,mabey i over concetrated,it usualy takes my 10min,and i get a tvich,my muscels move on theyr one on a sec,doest that interup my WILD,and when i swolow my spit,does that interupt 2,oh and i ignore HI,shloud i ignore them?plz help

      Yes I need help too.... I cant even GET SP it simply DOSENT HAPPEN lol any ideas? and i have to swallow to it so anoying ay ... do you try to feel ur arms and legs to see if there numb but you ned up twiching... or think about not moving to much makes you movie?

      .... I know im proably a freak lol

      Freak? nah, WILD can be quite difficult. Nikolaa, you are doing everything right from what I can tell. It's just going to take a little more time.

      One word of advice though, don't let it stress you out. The more stressed you are going into it, the more difficult it is going to be.

      Yeah, you should just keep at it. I think it's like this at first with everyone (at least it was with me), just keep trying and you'll see results sooner or later. As far as I can tell you're doing nothing wrong.
