this morning i tryed to WILD,1st time i gave up,then 2 mins later i tryed again,i gave up,but i cloud hardly move mu sholiders and arms, like the where really heavy, and then i fell asleep,i had a dream that my friend was playing whit(a little toy gorila that i have tied to my keys)and i asked him to give them back, and when he did the toy gorila craped in my hand, and then i told my self,a toy that crapes?!omg this must be a dream, and then i tryed to do a RC,but my hand was stuck like some force wasn't letting me do a RC lol(mabey bacous i was in a SP and i tryed to move my real hand)then i relaxed and tryed to move the hand,i did it normaly and guess what it was a ldream, and 2sec later im awake,i try to move but i can only feel my brain(lol)one part of me panics, then i remeber to relaxe(this was all happening(SP i mean)3sec)i relaxe, take a few breaths, and the SP is gone.

i was happy to know that i didn't panic and got out of SP easely

This is quite normal. Even if you fell asleep, people often have SP anyway when they wake up. Even people who've never heard of LDing. It's nothing to worry about.

      Congrats on not panicking though!

In technical terms, sleep paralysis can be either hypnagogic or hypnopompic
