This is quite normal. Even if you fell asleep, people often have SP anyway when they wake up. Even people who've never heard of LDing. It's nothing to worry about. |

this morning i tryed to WILD,1st time i gave up,then 2 mins later i tryed again,i gave up,but i cloud hardly move mu sholiders and arms,like the where really heavy,and then i fell asleep,i had a dream that my friend was playing whit(a little toy gorila that i have tied to my keys)and i asked him to give them back,and when he did the toy gorila craped in my hand,and then i told my self,a toy that crapes?!omg this must be a dream,and then i tryed to do a RC,but my hand was stuck like some force wasn't letting me do a RC lol(mabey bacous i was in a SP and i tryed to move my real hand)then i relaxed and tryed to move the hand,i did it normaly and guess what it was a ldream,and 2sec later im awake,i try to move but i can only feel my brain(lol)one part of me panics,then i remeber to relaxe(this was all happening(SP i mean)3sec)i relaxe,take a few breaths,and the SP is gone. |
