I woke up from a call this morning, looked over, 9:30AM, crap I missed a class today!

Well, after the call, I lay there, and think about WILDing. So, I start thinking about the dream I just had prior to waking up, and that caused me mind to wander very fast. I felt the onset of SP, and focused in on it to have it bring me into the black void. Well, I could tell I was getting really close when I began to hear random things like people talking.

I feel SP hit, but this one felt wierd, like I was initally sitting up and then was pushed down. The void began.

It wasn't a "black void" I fell into, it was more gray - but still pretty dark. I could feel myself moving my dream body very slowly at first. I was slowly moving my arms around - it felt like they were moving through water. I had some fun the slow moving sensations.

This part was pretty cool. I heard a few static-like sounds for a few seconds, like a bad reception or something, and then music started playing, and it was amazing quality, as if I immersed completely in surround sound. And the song was a song I've never heard of before. My brain was creating something that sounded really good!

While the song was playing, I started seeing like peices of paper forming in the depths of the void, kind of like little fortune cookie papers. There were messages on them, though I couldn't read them, or maybe I did, and I just don't remember what was on them. I saw like 2 or 3 of them appear and fade.

Everything started to get slightly brighter, like a light source was slowly turning on. I thought I was entering a dream, but then the music cut - heard static for a second or two (kind of like strong tinnitus), and then I woke up

It was a great experience. It was so relaxing and nice. This is probably the longest I've managed to maintain myself in that state. It's a very nice place to be I should really try it at like 5-6AM - I could probably stay in that state for much longer, and even have a dream begin if I wish.

Wow, that's really cool. In one lucid dream I fell out of the dream into a similar gray void for a bit, though I didn't feel like I had a body and couldn't move. It then got really bright and was completely white right before I woke up. A similar thing happened again last night, I was in a black/gray void, but I could still hear the people talking that were in the lucid dream. I was afraid that I was about to wake up, so all I thought about was trying to get back into the dream and open my eyes. I saw a sketch of a piano or firetruck or something, but that faded away. After a few more seconds I opened my eyes and I was back in my dream.
In another dream, not lucid, right before waking up, I was listening to music - Eclipse by Apoptygma Berzerk. I could have sworn I was listening to the exact song. The weird thing is I knew all the lyrics in the dream, but couldn't remember half the lyrics while I was awake.

That happens to me also a lot.

Once while the song was playing I went lucid, and memorized a verse of 4 lines or so, and they were correct when I played the song after waking up.

That reminds me of when I day-dream. I can hear things perfectly clear, voices (no I'm not crazy), sounds, music, etc. However, as soon as I realize how clear it all sounds it stops and wont start being "real" again till I don't focus too hard on it.

      Strange!

That sounds like an amazing experience. Congrats
