lucid.....without barely trying

well i have too give it too myself...i wnet lucid...last night.....and its been what only five days....since i learned athe skill...it did not last very long....maybe 40 secs or less...but the point is is happen so soon...im a natural........i had a false awaking in my bed fig out i was lucid tryed too get out of the bed....got close but didint work....and few later i was awake but i was fully lucid......

This is your first post! So welcome to the board! And this is how some people, and me, gain lucidity. It is through 'not trying too hard'...just relaxing and letting it come, without stressing ourselves over it! Some people have to stress it. If i do...it will not come as easy! Congrats!

Hey great news!! Always good when you can gain lucidity quickly! I just went lucid for the first time a few days ago, and that was a month after I started, so you're doin' better than me! Keep it up!!!!!!
