      Alright, my fourth lucid! Sweet!

I woke up, checked the time and it was wrong, because I did a WBTB previously. It was a false awakening! So yeah, I became lucid! But I found that I had to do the same reality check twice, because I still wasn't convinced. I became lucid, walked around and thought: "What's if I wake mum?" So I had to go back into my room and check my reality. The accuracy and realism was too great, it seemed. But, if it was real, I would have never had to check the clock twice.

Has this happened to anyone? Felt the need to be convinced again?

And then, later I wanted to get inside a car, but it felt like I was trying to put my foot into a shoe that was too small. It felt weird, but as with many dreams. The car must have shrunk; my logic sort of warped. It seemed there are many levels of lucidity, in the one dream? It felt real all along, but some parts didn't cross my mind, suprisingly.

      Anyone felt like this before?

Some lucids are accurate to the point of being as valid as waking reality. There have been many times where I've just paused in my LD to shake my head and look on in wonder.

Well, I had a lucid where I woke up in a my room (yeah, also a false awakening) and realised I was dreaming because I did a nose RC (my favourite ) and I decided to jump out the window (which is a good thing, because the idea is haunting me because everytime I do an RC and realise I'm not dreaming, I go like "Not dreaming, but if I were dreaming, I'd jump out the window!") but then I thought to myself, "What if i'm not actually dreaming?" and did another RC, I tried jumping up and down, to see if I would float, but nothing happened.

So, yeah, I guess there are more levels of lucidity, sometimes you aren't sure it's a dream although you do some obvious RCs.

Made up my mind to make a new start,

      that's the thing though,
      lucid dreaming is soo tricky,
      gotta watch out,
the better u get at lucid dreaming
the more vivid and like real life the dreams will become,
and therefore, the more difficult to tell the difference between the waking world the dream one

They say dreaming is dead and noone does it anymore. It's not dead, it's just been forgotten, removed from our language. Nobody teaches it, so nobody knows it exists. .. waking life

      Congratulate on your fourth LD

Yeah, I think that everyone that has a really realistic LD has to check twice on their RC´s. I do like 3-6 Rc´s in my LD´s. I allways feel a bit insecure when I´m screaming "INCREASE REALISM!!!" , jumping of the roof or when I´m walking around naked

Yes, this happens to the best of us. Especially where it is only your fourth lucid, your subconcious doesn't want you to realize that you are in fact lucid. A fault in the dream world is compromised by your brain and you tend to just brush the "dream mistake" off or come up with an explaination. Even if its not logical, it may seem logical to you in your non-waking life.

I know! That can be scary - sometimes you might not know the difference between reality and a dream! It actually happened last night - fifth lucid it was so real I just sat there to ponder how I got there, and why it was so normal. I just do memory checks - they never fail. When I realised I was dreaming, it lasted about five seconds before handing out yet another false awakening. REALITY CHECK! Arrhhh!

Yeah happend to me too when I was having a lucid dream. It was night and I was just in my boxers which I usually sleep. I was in my front yard and wanted to go out and explore. I saw someone walk passed my house and thought this looks way to real I better check again before I go out in just boxers to save myself from embarrassment. I also thought what if i am sleep walking in some weird state so had to do the RC to put my mind at ease.

Sure. Basically you plug your nose/or hold it so you can't breathe through it. Then, try to breathe. You can tell that you are dreaming if you can breathe through your nose. This is the same reason why we can breathe underwater in a dream.
