      Hey everyone
So recently I've been getting a little better recall and have had a few
tiny DILD experiences... (in the last one i tried to meditate but woke up, grr,
annoyed at it was the most vivid yet and all i thought to do was meditate :S).

Anyway the last two nights I've awoken out of dreams so close to becoming lucid.
I lay my head back down to go to sleep and within a couple of minutes I feel i'm
sinking slightly, i get huge vibrating feelings in my back and i hear loud wind in my ears.
I've heard these are a couple of features of WILDing... I've become excited both times
and woke up just before going deep into it...

Both times i quit trying after about 20 secs. What i want to know is... is this me almost WILDing?
and secondly... do i just keep with it for more than 20 secs and will i get pulled into a dream?
What can i expect to happen and do you have any advice?

Sorry, quite a lot of writing for a simple question but any help would be really appreciated

      Thankyou!

Waking State Or Wakewalking Through Their Dreams...

      Hi Starshine,

yup, you're at the brink of WILDing - tingly sensation is believed to be your body starting up the sleep paralysis process. Sometimes it helps if you just relax and try to "daydream" a little about what you want to dream about at this stage. You MUST be careful, though, not to slip into the dream without keeping your awareness up.

If you have a dreamsign, you could try to incubate dreaming about something where you're guaranteed to come accross this sign.

      Good Luck!
