I told myself to remember my dream all day. Before I went to bed I had a lager (it realy helped making my dream more interesting last time I did this). So I went off to bed and then I had my first dream;
I woke up and instantly did a reality test, the holding the nose one, and sure enough I was dreaming. I was amazed that I was dreaming. I though I might have just done it wrong and that I was really awake so I did it again and I could still breathe propperly. I was going to get up and start trying some crazy things but I couldn't be bothered so I closed my eyes and fell back to sleep.
When I woke up I was really annoyed that I didn't do anything in my dream, and I wished that I didn't close my eyes to go back to sleep. But I was really happy that I had realised I was dreaming and I did have control over my dream (I chose to go back to sleep).
