I had a lucid dream where I jolted up in bed, while still asleep of course, and said "I'm dreaming!" I had apparently become lucid in a false awakening. I call this FALD (False Awakening Induced Lucid Dreaming). I then decided to go back to sleep for some reason, and woke up again in a dream. I kept on having false awakenings numerous times before I finally woke up. It was kinda frustrating too. Any thoughts?

according to some researchers False Awakenings are tricks the subconscious pulls on you to stop you from being conscious and in control haha but FALD! Thats smart! Try and tell yourself next time you wake up from a dream or from bed, do a RC , since you have false awakenings so much it'll be your advantage in Lucid Dreaming!

      False awakening induced lucid dream.
      FAILD.
False awakening induced Lucid Easy? dream. lol, whatever.

It'd be hard to do that though, since you'd have to train your subconcious mind to verbally say "I'M DREAMING" when you're dreaming...

Haha, yeah FAILD is better I'm going to try to train myself I'm dreaming when I have FAs now. Usually when I have FAs I know I'm dreaming and I try to wake up and end up in more FAs as a result. Now I have to do the opposite and tell myself to keep sleeping...hmm this is going to be tricky!
