It was a big thunderstorm and it rained things from the sky so i ran inside a small white room to take cover, then a website come up in my head (www.worldofyellowcraft.com?) (pnz...?) I tried to lock the door through pushing the lightswitch buttons right, but the buttons was'nt enough to take all letters up (pnz...) Then i ran out and into another room tried to lock it because i was afraid something would follow me and when i hold the handle up, to prevent something to push it down something on the other side was pushing it down. i realised the door (nothing on the other side) i the ran into another room, and suddenly i just said to myself "im dreaming!" I rememberd to stay calm so i looked down on my digital watch, it said 12 something, i then looked again and it showed 18 something. I then tried to stabilize through looking on my hands but everything started to fade away and i waked up. I had control for just like 10 seconds but it was only after 3 days of training.

How can i just say to myself that im dreaming without realise it first?

Before i fell asleep i looked on my digital watch and thinked that i will do this in my dream and realise im dreaming then i was thinking about my last dream till i fell asleep, should i stick with this technique?

Well I'd say if it worked once, why not try it again?

I agree with Burns, if you can remember that you'll do any Rc in your sleep by doing one right before bed, do it. I wish I was as lucky as you on that (I rarely remember to do RCs), I wish you many more LDs to come, especially long ones.
