First Lucid But Crappier Than Crappy

Ok, I pulled it off using the finger induced method one, where u wake up at like 3 in the morniong and do stuff with your fingers, anyways, i did that and then after a couple seconds i was in sleep paralysis so i kept on doing the finger (or at least i tried) then i was able to move so i plugged my nose and i was able to breath. I got out of my bed and went in my living room to turn on the lights. Then my mom comes out of her room and i try to like control the dream into her going back to sleep. She just keeps on walking towards me and says "im sorry but im gonna have to wake you up". Then i reply "go back to sleep you turd, im having my first lucid so don't ruin it". Then she goes like "ok thats it, im going to wake u up". Then i woke up and i was so pissed cos my mom in my dream woke me up. How do i control my dreams?! I was trying to like change places or something, but it wouldn;t happen (P.S I KNEW I WAS DREAMING, IM SURE I WAS HAVING A LUCID DREAM). Help?

Thats funny and sad at the same time. I am not sure, but instead of talking to her, just forget about her and she will be gone. At least you had a LD, its a good start! Congrats. -Rob

LOL, no, actually that kinda sucks. At least you had a conversation with a DC! My first LD sucked balls as well, so I know what you mean =P.

I feel your pain. My first LD was short and sucky too, although I did manage to jump into the air and fly, but by that time my vision had vanished and I could only feel myself flying, then I woke up.

Yep....my first ended on the spot I realised I was dreaming, my second lasted 5 seconds (but was nice) and my third : I wanted to go out of the building I was in, shouted OUT and awoke..noooooooooo.... Anyway I suggest enjoying every moment of a lucid dream....

You should have just ignored her, that way she would have ceased to matter. Or you could have killed her; that's always an option too.
