      Excorsism

So i'm having a dream that I'm in my room. My sister is sort of behind my bedhead and shes performing an excorsism on me.

She is talking in weird tongues or something then asks if I accept all of the good into my soul and I say yes. Then she asks me if I accept all of the evil that is already in my soul and I say yes for some reason. She tells me I am host to the blue dragon and that I have all manner of demons inside me. I tell her I know, and I can feel them in me and I feel sick and its painfull. Its really freaking dark all of a sudden. She keeps falling asleep during what shes doing and I'm like wake up!!! She tells the demons to get out of me.

Then I cant freaking move!!! My mouth is fixed in a screaming position but nothing is coming out and I cant move my body at all. My sister has gone back to sleep and I'm pretty much helpless and scared as anything.

At this point in the dream I realise that this is just a dream, and that there is actually no one behind me guiding this fucked up evil excorsism of sorts..because I live apart from my sister and I know shes not at my house. I can move now and I look over and my sister isnt even there but I can still feel the sickness.

I wake up suddenly seconds later and I have like an upset stomach of sorts, and I'm in the exact same spot I was in my dream looking in the exact same direction.

It really freaked me out but I'm not going to let it get to me.

This isnt my most recent experience with lucidity (although very brief) and since this I have had an amazing LD so its all good.

I just thought I'd share because I'm very interested by this one.

That day in the afternoon I had been chatting with my Nanna on the phone and the conversation drifted towards her beleif in Christianity and she started reading me some passages that she thought applied to me.

I wonder if that had anything to do with it.

Oh also I had some dodgey pasta my sister made for dinner. hahah.

      Your thoughts?

This sounds more like Sleep Paralysis than a nightmare; I used to have many of those freaky moments, and mistaken them for nightmare, before knowing what it is really.
SP is often described in this forum as only a phase where you are paralysed, but my experiences always had some sort of "evil" and frightening presence near me. I know how you feel !
However, I had one this morning (it had not happen for a very long time), but I was able to make the "presence" disappear, thanks to my (small) knowledge in lucid dreaming; maybe you can find the technique in the tutorials: basically you can't "fight" or "run" or "make it go away"; instead you must want to confront it and accept it (I know, sounds difficult...). Since it simply doesn't exist really and can't do harm to you, only frighten you, the simple thought of "let be friends !" will completely disarm it and it will disappear.

I also found a way to end paralysis some times ago: even if I can't scream, I discovered that I could move my eyes and my mouth, and then everything else followed. So try to open your mouth !

**edit** sorry you mentionned SP yourself... What I meant was maybe the whole experience was a "scary SP", not a nightmare + waking up in SP

      Thanks for the feedback.

If it ever happens again I'll try to be more accepting and less freaked out.

It was the first time this has ever happened to me so it was kinda hard not to flip out. hahah.

In retrospect the person doing the excorsism may not have been my sister, more of a female presence. Weird.

This reminds me of a lucid nightmare i had. I was frightened by a particular very strange dream character in my dream, who was my boyfriend, but not. I challanged him and demanded to know what he was but he hid behind me so i could only see his shadow out from the corner of my eye. I tried to turn around to see him but he just ran around me staying behind my back the whole time.

When i woke up i was covered in sweat, petrified. I had sleep paralisis and was flat on my back, i was hallucinating this shadow running around me very quickly, accompanied by very heavy vibrations and a deafening sound of it running. But soon this subsided and i was awake properly.

Later i found out that the vibrations and hallucinations are very natural experiences with wilding and sleep in general but its probably still one of the most terrifying experiences ive ever had. So thought id post just to say, you´re not alone!

ps - i also felt very weak and sick afterwards.
