In my dream last night I was at home and going to the bathroom. I can remember looking in the mirror and noticing that I was blurry. So I tried to focus harder on my reflection and when it got more into focus I realized that I looked different. Thats when I noticed that I was dreaming. So then I tried waving my arms and my reflection wasn't moving at all. Just to make sure I was dreaming, I walked out to my kitchen and looked at a piece of paper. The text on looked like it said "remda". I had no clue what that meant so I looked away and looked back to see anything changed. There was nothing on the paper so then I was positive I was dreaming so I got excited and woke up. When I woke up I went to tell my dad what happened. I would never normally do that. When I got to his room, it was totally different and he wasn't in there and for some reason I just appeared in front of a mirror again looking at a blurry reflection and then said to myself "Am I dreaming?". Then my dad really did wake me up in real life.

I can remember when I was looking in the mirror I felt a weird sensation. Can anyone explain that?

Another thing: "remda" is dream scrambled. I figured that out after looking at it for a while when I wrote it down today. I thought that word showed up on the paper in the dream because I had my mind focused on the fact that I was dreaming and personally I like solving word scrambles.

That's so cool! I hope I can replicate what you did...taking visual cues and making an RC. Too bad your dad woke you up when you did.

      BTW, remda = dream!

Congratulations. How long have you been trying? I like the scrambled word message from you brain!

My brother taught me all about lucid dreaming about a year ago. Ever since then I have been interested in it. My first lucid dream was about 5 months ago. I have incredibly good dream recall. I can remember usually two dreams every morning. It just comes naturally. The other day I can remember dreaming that I was at a figure skating/dancing type thing. There was a cool song playing and I can remember everything from it. Then I woke up and went back to sleep and had another dream about a girl.

I've become really interested in lucid dreaming in the last month. I want to find out why it felt like I had to struggle in front of the mirror. It felt like I was all stiff only when looking in the mirror.

      Thanks for the comments..
