First time having 2 LDs in one night

Hi, I'm just really happy, because this night was the first time I can remember I had 2 lucid dreams in one night. Both were DILDs. It was also the first time I remembered to try the spinning thechnique to prevent to wake up (so far, most of my lucid experiences only last for a few minutes), and it kind of worked for me. So I just want to encourage everyone who wants to increase his LD frequency, to keep on practicing LaBerge's techniques. For me, it begins to pay off. Laberge's techniques? Do you mean MILD when you pick out thigns during the day and do a reality check when you see them? What technique do you use? TELL ME!!! TELL ME NOWWWWWWWWWWW!!
