So get this, about a month and a half ago or so I had my first lucid dream, and it was only about 2 weeks before that that I really worked on my DJ and questioning my surroundings and all of that. Well my first one happened back at my moms place where I used to live, as a matter of fact in my old room. I now live 3 hours away from there, but I went to visit my friends again and stayed in that same room, and had my second lucid dream. First of all there must be something about that bed, it's actually far less comfortable than my bed at home.

Although I slightly question this second LD. I was flying around as I tend to do in dreams, I can never fly very high but I wave my arms above my head as though I'm swimming and I can usually get on top of buildings. Well I was doing that last night in my dream and out of no where I realized "this is a dream." Which is crazy because I fly like 2-3 times a week. As soon as I realized that it didn't quite feel like my first, I knew it was a dream and I THINK, not 100% sure that I changed the scenery to a mass ocean and I sort of flew my arms ahead of me like superman and flew about 2 feet above the water very fast. I think I chose to do this because the other night I had a dream about the same thing where I was doing that with my brother. The only reason I question if it was really a lucid is because it didn't feel like the excitement of realizing I was in a dream, and if I remember well enough I didn't really concentrate on maintaining it like I did the first one, I didn't really realize that I (in real life) was laying in a bed and all that. I was only partly conscious of the dream. I hope that makes sense. Was this a false lucid, like knowing I'm in a dream but still not in complete control?

One more part about this is that I ended up losing lucidity after a bit above the water, and then not too much later snapped back into it. After all the research I've done and work I've done I was pissed at myself for not trying to maintain my lucid dream and the strategies to keep it going. I know no one can really tell me if it was lucid or not, I think it was but for some reason I didn't think of everything I learned like I did the first time. Hopefully next time I can get a lucid dream that lasts at least 15 minutes or so, I think I could definitely remember all of it if it was that long. I didn't wake up after that second lucid either, probably because I lost lucidity in the middle of it.

Just wanted to share, can't wait for my third!!! This one happened about 2 weeks after I gave up a little and didn't really concentrate on lucid dreaming, my first one was that way too. And I've tried all the B6 and melatonin, it all works great for dream memory but never helped me become lucid.

I really hope I can start having them at least once a week. They are SOOOOOOOOOO EFFING amazing!!! Thanks for reading.
