Okay, I think I may be a bit strange. Most people have lucid dreams after a few hours of sleep, or at least from what I've heard. However, the 4 times I've managed to have lucid dreams, they've been within the first half hour of sleep! Just last night, I fell asleep about 11:30 pm and had 2 lucid dreams and a normal dream which seemed to have lasted at least 2 or 3 hours. But, when I woke up from the 2nd lucid, I looked at the clock and it was only 12:15 am! |

Ok thanks. I was just wondering because I read somewhere that people with sleeping disorders often have unusual REM patterns, including entering REM within the first minutes of sleep. |

maybe you slept 24 hours and 45 minutes lol |

Hmm, coincidentally, I've also had 4 LD experiences, but they've all been in the last couple of hours of my sleep. Also, I can't recall any dreams from the first 3 hours of my sleep, even if I use an alarm clock to wake up. |

Lucid Tasks of the Month Completed: 2
I can only remember one time I had a lucid dream within an hour of falling asleep at night. It was strange, I went to bed at like 11pm and had a full-on LD with great control, woke up, looked at the clock and it was only 12am. It was weird. |

The most vivid lucid dream I've ever had came INSTANTLY. I just blinked... |

How do you keep track of time in a dream? |
