LDing my way into the novel that I was reading IRL was remarkably cool. I was amazed that my brain could create the characters and setting in such vivid detail. I told one of the characters that I was just walking around in a dream body and that my real one was at home in bed. He was like, "oh, alright. That happens." |

So far, the coolest thing I've done in a lucid dream is marvel over the fact that I'm conscious at the exact moment and realizing it as it goes, not all at once when I awake. I had been waiting to feel that for years... |

Longest time in a lucid dreamstate: ~6 seconds
Still, the most epic six seconds I have ever experienced...

Dang! Still, that's cool. Maybe in my next lucid, I'll break out my rusty French and see how much I can get across to my DCs. I remember once listening to a DC talk in Gaelic, of which I know very little, and just magically 'construing' his meaning. |

Flung objects telekineticly in an Elebits-themed dream. I also had this weird power that let me make all of the objects I had flung float really close to me, then suddenly 'explode' away from me in a violent hurricane of random objects on the street(fences and hedges). |

I turned into a superhero I had made up in RL and grabbed Magneto, causing him to explode like an atomic bomb. Except it wasn't vivid at all, and I was practically watching my body from the sidelines and thinking "What should I do next?" For this reason I think of it as lucid even though I don't remember it really sinking in that I was dreaming. I just kinda accepted the fact, shut down my subconscious and had me a daydream. |

Ten years without a dream, now starting almost from scratch.
We're messing with our bodies on a very low level here - can we break them? What will it take to hurt ourselves?
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men.
