I woke up in my room and it just felt so strange so when i was walking round looking at the scenery i could not keep my eyes open.
So i used my hands to open my eyes then i started running around swearing. thats all i remember of that part. then i woke up but i was still in the dream (FA).

Then some how i ended up at school. I was talking to my mother and i said i am *** dreaming she says no you are not i tell her ounce more and she says yes you are.
Then i closed my eyes and told myself to fly it did not work so i thought i would see if my sub conscious mind was here so i said to myself *is my subconscious mind here* i got the reply *no* in some deep voice.

Then i went on school bus and kids was screaming like hell then i woke up for real.

      That's after he rewrote it.

Old joke, someone saying "No, I'm not here." But it means you need to just go into denial and do something impossible - your subconscious isn't going to try that hard to stop you.

Also, it would probably be tricky getting your subconscious to identify itself as "your subconscious." More likely you can only identify it through the stuff around you.
Ten years without a dream, now starting almost from scratch.

We're messing with our bodies on a very low level here - can we break them? What will it take to hurt ourselves?

A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men.

That was my first Lucid experience and a pretty intense one.
anyhow seeming has it was my first lucid dream i did not want to over power my mind.

i am finding it now easy to visualize things better in my mind and i can easily focus on a image.
