ill try to sum my dream up |

first of all, it looks like you wrote this in a mad rush because im having difficulty figuring out what you're trying to say. so you woke up in your bed and realised it was a dream, then you were in a restaurant telling your family what happened? it was probably just a false awakening and it was too vivid for you to realise it was a dream. |
|
I've had stuff like that happen to me, but i always can tell wether im dreaming or not. You basically went Lucid in your dream, forgot that you were dreaming, and then went lucid again. I do this sorta fading out of lucidity allot, the trick is to sorta remember that were you are isn't reality, then when you want to jump back to lucidity you can. |

sorry about the confusion |

Something like that just happened to me a few nights ago. Your subconcious is using lucid dreaming as a gimmick to keep you from going completely lucid. |
|
