Whoa! What's Going On Here!?!?!?

On a recent road trip I was in the back of our car driving home.(about 4 hour ride)I was listening to Nelly(rapper) on a cd player. For some odd reason I felt like I was asleep at the same time I felt I was just in the back of the car doing what I was doing. During this time I was sometimes a little disturbed when the beat would change or they talked loud or something like that...The whole time I was feeling wavy and dioriented. What was this???
