I have up until recently given up on lucid dreaming, well actually just the work I have to put into it (dream journal, state testing, etc..), but that might all change after this morning. On a whim, I set my alarm for an hour early last night. This morning I woke up, stayed awake a few minutes and then closed my eyes, relaxing and letting my awareness follow my groggy mind right into a succession of lucid dreams that lasted the whole hour. I probably went into and out of at least 10 dreams, usually following waking consciousness into the dream state, uninterrupted. There were a few bouts of 'sleep paralysis', but I just went along with it, eventually finding myself lucid. The actual dreams varied from me just walking down empty streets, in and out of houses (and through walls!, which I usually can't do), as well as some other stuff I'd rather not go into. Anyway, I look forward to putting this method to work in the coming mornings and see what happens..
