I had the strangest dream last night. I suspected that the dreamwas actually a dream, so I did a reality check. In the dream, the reality check failed, and I went on believing that I was in reality! Better yet, I was consciously aware that I "was not dreaming", een though I was dreaming the whole time.

Sorry that I could not be more descriptive, but it was quite strange!

That has happened to me before, too. I read something, closed my eyes, reread it and it was the same. Now a lot of times I'll do 2 checks. For example, look at the clock, look away, look again, then look at my hands. Something like that. HTH!

Do nose RC for a check, it's reliable.

Sorry for bringing up an old topic, but it WAS the nose check that I did... that was what made the situation so strange!

Are you saying you held your nose in your dream and was unable to breathe?

Exactly. In LDs after that, I tried to began to do more than one RC (well, I usually do more than one, but the nose one seemed to never fail before), and not get discouraged when one failed.

Just remember, if you wonder if you are dreaming, you ARE. Easier said than done, I know. Altho really, everytime I have become lucid, I suddenly just knew "It's a dream!", and then I just do the RC's to see what will happen. The outcome of them wouldn't even matter.

Lol true. This morning I just somehow realized I was dreaming. However, it was really low level and it was a blur.

You're right. Nobody would wonder if they are dreaming in real life.
