Thread: Was It A Ld?

I think I might have had a LD or at least was closer to it! Can anyone help me to say if it was or not? Here's the entry in my DJ (I rewrite my entries on the computer later in the day and word them better. Oh, and it is in the first person.)

The dream seemed to be split in two parts and I believe driving the car came first. It was almost like a video game and there was definitely color. For awhile, I was in Mom’s SUV in the passenger seat and the car was going a moderate speed. We almost were going to hit something so I touched the wheel to turn; however, right as I did the SUV sped up. We swerved to the right and almost hit the guardrail (I think this was before I was driving but it may have been after) I realized I had to actually drive at that point, so I got in the driver’s seat and drove. We were going really fast over hills though it was a main road and there were a few other cars. The hills were really quite high and because of this the SUV was doing fairly ridiculous flips. It turned over about three times at one point and the top crashed. This was when I said, “Oh my God, I’m dreaming!”. After the first section of the dream, I cannot remember switching scenes; however, I ended up being at Pepere’s house.

Any help? At first I thought I was just dreaming about having an LD oddly enough; however, know I'm thinking maybe I actually just had a really low level of lucidity. I know it might be considered an LD, but it definitely doesn't count as dream control because nothing happened that I controlled once I realized I was lucid. I woke up after a short scene at my Pepere's house but I've no reason to believe I was lucid then.

You answered yourself : a dream is what you want it to be, you can call it lucid, low lucidity dream or whatever...
So don't bother yourself on what label you dream is supposed to have.....The only question is : did you enjoy it?
