Just Had My First Lucid Dream...

Well, i googled dream control because of my wild dream I had last night. I'm pretty sure it was a lucid one. I saw my life,(it felt similair to watching a movie, no one could see me, but i was there) and I saw 1 day every year of my life until i got 1 year past my current age. Every thing and everyone just froze like you were watching a movie and you paused it. I then realized I was dreaming, and this mysterious girl came to me and explained it, then i walked away and came back and she was gone. I walked around my house feeling the cold A/C and I had no clue what was going on. I then felt the dream fading away, but I tried to stop it, and I did for a little bit, but it soon faded off, and I woke up. I though about it for awhile today and realized everything/everyone was frozen because they represented my future, and my future isn't written, it is wrote as life goes on, the frozen things represented the unknown future. Now, I want to LD every night. Crazy dream.

now that is a very cool dream, nos. welcome aboard. yes, at the moment that you realized you were dreaming and walking around looking at stuff and trying to stay "in the dream", you were lucid. with practice you can have them more often.
